Citizens Coalition to announce a bold "next step" in their fight against HB 813

TALLAHASSEE—Marking the three month anniversary of the signing of the anti-citizen participation legislation, signed into law by Governor Bush, Wednesday May 15^th, representatives from among the 103 civic, homeowner and environmental groups will unite once again in the fight to invoke Florida constitution's single subject rule to strike down Session Law 2002-261 which deprived citizens of their right to protect communities.

At a news conference, August 14, 2002, the group will announce their bold "next step" to restore the citizens constitutional right to protect their communities.
